A vibrant urban art piece on this wall would act as a marker / identifier for the laneway.

The beautiful Art Deco Lawson building at the bottom of the Lane. In a former incarnation I worked high up the Bankwest Tower and there is clearly a prime spot for a roof bar up there. Whether planning permission would ever be possible or the chance that the residents are closet party animals is probably slim. But would be great!
